REFUND POLICY
To our beloved customers, from your beauty technicians:
As a service-based industry, we strive to provide you with the best service possible and to tend to all of your needs. Therefore, once you have received and paid for your services, we cannot provide a full refund. We understand that there are times when you may not be 100% satisfied. In such circumstances, we will gladly give you a touchup(fix-up) prior to your check-out. Only under very limited circumstances and after further review will we be able to accomodate the outcome. (Only within 3 days of your service)
